Although we use ice packs and mailers to prevent chocolate from melting during transit, please be aware that on particularly hot days or if you’re in a distant state, shipping times may be extended, and we cannot guarantee that your chocolate will remain intact.
Please review our Terms of Service for further information, as we are not liable for any melted chocolate.
